A pair of early 20th century giltwood table lamps.


A pair of early 20th century giltwood table lamps, each tall lamp with a bulbholder fitted to a capstan top over a slender shaft with fluting separated with turned rings, over a baluster base carved with stylised leaves and on a turned circular dished foot with dot and line beading. English, circa 1910.

Condition: Overall very good, both lamps are in very good condition with no damage or significant marks, each has minor losses to the gilding and small marks consistent with age, otherwise they are both in good condition and stand well, they have each been rewired using a new bulbholder, braided flex (2m+ spare) and a new plug fitted with a 3amp fuse.
